Wednesday's ETF with Unusual Volume: IPKW

The PowerShares International BuyBack Achievers Portfolio ETF (IPKW) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Wednesday, with over 195,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 26,000. Shares of IPKW were down about 1.3% on the day.
